At TRU HYT, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• In their original condition with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For your convenience, TRU HYT may provide a prepaid return shipping label. If a prepaid label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer, you may use your own shipping carrier and provide us with the tracking information.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

TRU HYT will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost, and you will receive a full refund or replacement once the issue has been confirmed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return
